Have you ever witnessed a child attempt something without trepidation and whilst your heart is in your mouth, the child succeeds and glows with success in the glory of achievement. Tyranny of Time Maybe it is because God is outside time, but do you ever see Him panic? Does He ever run out of time, or get His timing wrong? I don’t think so! But we can! David speaks of his time being in God’s hand (Ps. 31:15) spoken in a time of trouble. What comfort and security to know, like David, when we face trouble, if we are rooted in God’s Word, it is not the trouble that will have the last word, but God. In Position

Seated in Heavenly places. First it is like being placed in a high chair. We are placed in it by grace, but we are called to go deeper into intimacy. This is the journey from babe to bride. Like Esther we are given help to prepare, but the responsibility is also ours. The journey isn’t horizontal but vertical. The first part is gaining our legs. Becoming familiar with our surroundings and learning to fit into our environment. The second phase is the most difficult. Like adolescence.
