Not just another brick in the wall!

Dry stone walls are so beautiful. Original constructions. Unlike the regimented brick variety pressed into conformity. Yet  look closely and a pattern will emerge. Lower  stones. Large. Grand. Bold boulders. Set to stay put. Support. Safely bedded in with purpose and intent. Reliable. Immovable. Secure. Above, a mixture of assorted shapes and sizes. Someone with a careful eye setting each in place In perfect precision with what appears to be nothing holding them in place Random pieces pitched in perfect harmony, defying nature. Sometimes we find ourselves Stumbling down some blind alley A foreboding its leading nowhere Or Somewhere we don’t want to go! The light at the end of the tunnel Getting no nearer, or clearer. Just seeming further away! What to do? Trudge endlessly, aimlessly on Or Do a U Turn?
